Violet was a very special lady. I had worked with her in the 70's with the Board of Education. You couldn't ask for a better person to work with or to be around. She was a mom to everybody including me at that time. My sympathy goes out to all of the family and she will be greatly missed. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

It was such a surprise to me when I heard your (Mother)-(Grandmother) had passed away. She always had a smile, and her warmth and kindness I will always remember. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch. We may not understand why she left this earth before we were ready to say good-bye, but that she lived and that her life gave all of us memories too beautiful to forget.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on her passing.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I can remember as a young girl coming to your house and your mother was the nicest and sweetest mom I think I had ever met. Many condolences to the family. God Bless.

Dennis and family. I just arrived home late Friday night, after a week away, and was overwhelmed by trying to play catch-up on all that I had missed. So today, Sunday, I am reading Friday's paper, and realized I had missed saying good-by to a very sweet lady, your Mom. May your memories of her love help you through your loss.
