Edna Younker

Edna L. Younker, 92, Needmore, PA., passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Falling Spring Nursing Facility in Chambersburg, PA.

Born August 2, 1929, in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Myers) Younker.

She was a member of the Stone Bridge Church of The Brethren.

She is survived by a son, Larry Younker, Hancock, MD.; one grandson, Jamie Younker, Hancock, MD.; two great-grandsons, Ki and Dylan, both of Washington, DC.; a special niece, Patsy I. Moats, Mercersburg, PA.; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 5 sisters.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Stone Bridge Church of the Brethren, 14904 Orchard Ridge Road, Hancock, MD.  Pastor Harry Strite will officiate.
