Hilda Ellen (Gordon) Morgan, age 94, of Needmore, Pa., passed away on June 14, 2018, at the Berkeley Springs Center, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Born February 12, 1924, in Fulton County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Ira and Mary (Bishop) Gordon; and the widow of Lloyd Stanley Morgan, whom she married April 10, 1943 and who died October 10, 1995.

Hilda was a homemaker and loved to garden, especially her flowers.

She was a lifetime member of the Antioch Christian Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.

She is survived by two daughters, Gloria Manning and husband, Winston, of Martinsburg, W.Va., and Connie Jones and husband, Ed, of Hedgesville, W.Va.; two sons, William G. Morgan and wife, Jenny, of Leitersburg, Md., and Richard A. Morgan and wife, Brenda, of Needmore, Pa.; ten grandchildren, Anissa, Jason, Mimi, Shawn, Nikki, Richard, Matthew, Jennifer, Eric and Melody; twenty-two great-grandchildren, Cody, Lincoln, Sheridan, Chloe, Lily, Morgan, Mia, Colton, Emberly, Jackson, Joshua, Benjamin, Nina, Carson, Elliot, Joel, Paisley, Brinkley, Claudia, Julian, Hunter and Dylan; two great-great-grandchildren, Hailey and Brantley; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles S. Morgan.

Funeral services will be held at the Antioch Christian Church, 7902 Timber Ridge Rd., Big Cove Tannery, Pa., on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Russell K. Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 18, 2018, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St., Hancock, Md., and for one hour prior to the services on Tuesday, at the Church.
