Mildred Geraldine Blankley, age 79, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
Born July 19, 1940, in Hancock, Md., she was the daughter of the late Hillard and Orintha L. (Ray) Mills; and the widow of both husbands, Charles Reed and Ronald Blankley.
She graduated from Hancock High School in 1958; and was retired from the Maryland Ribbon Co., in Hagerstown.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; and enjoyed gardening in her spare time.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy L. Ramsey and her fiancé, Craig Stanley, of Bedford, Pa., and Melissa K. Blankley and her husband, Michael Rogers, of Hagerstown; a son, Perry D. Reed and his wife, Lisa, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Steven, Autumn, and Stephanie; four great-grandchildren; a brother, David W. Mills, Sr. and his wife, Gloria, of Clear Spring, Md.; five nieces; three nephews; and one very special niece, Sandy Royer.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Virginia Shoemaker, Emma Robins, and infant, Esther Marie.
Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
